Everything you need to know about donating to NDOW Foundation

Is my donation secure?

Yes. All online transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your payment card or banking credentials. Bank transfer details provided are for our official registered NGO trust account.

When will I receive my 80G receipt?

For online payments (UPI, bank transfer), you'll receive an automated acknowledgment immediately and the official 80G certificate by email within 7 working days. For cheques or DDs, the receipt is issued after the payment clears (typically 3–5 business days after receipt).

Can I donate on behalf of a company (CSR)?

Absolutely. We accept CSR contributions and can work with your company's CSR team to identify suitable programs aligned with your mandate. Corporate donors receive a Section 80G receipt and a customized impact report. Contact us at csr@ndow.org for a proposal.

Can I specify which program my donation supports?

Yes. When making a transfer or cheque donation, mention your preferred program in the remarks (e.g., 'Girls Education Initiative' or 'Women Entrepreneurship'). For general donations, our finance team allocates funds to where the need is greatest. Designated donations above ₹25,000 can be formalized with a donor letter.

Can I set up a recurring monthly donation?

Yes — recurring donations are the most impactful way to support us, as they allow long-term program planning. You can set up a standing instruction or NACH mandate from your bank. Contact us at donations@ndow.org and we'll send you the mandate form within 24 hours.
