NDCW advocates for justice equality and the eradication of caste and caste based discriminations within the Christian community.
Monitoring caste-based discriminations, victimization and violence; and to initiate and follow up legal intervention.
Advocacy and Lobbying with Church, its Leaders and Institutions at the State and National levels and also with the Indian Government.
Documenting and verifying cases of discrimination, violence, and human rights violations against Dalit Christians through fact-finding missions.
Identifying and Capacitating the Perspectives and Skills of Dalit Christians youth and Dalit Christians Rights Defenders (Activists).
NDCW was founded in 2016 by a Team of renowned Theologians, Human Rights Defenders, Lawyers and Development consultants to address the issue of Caste and Caste based Discrimination within Indian Church and its domain, with an objective of promoting a Caste-free Church, where Dalit Christians who form majority among Christians, will enjoy their rights, space and dignity.
